M tyra is a very good book for these type of competitions. M tyra is a very good book for these type of competitions. Students always take it wrong bt seeing it as a formula trick book , never see the short cut methods given in this book .always start with number system and then ratio and proportion chapter solve each question by detailed method .when you will practice a lot then this detailed method will look like a short cut so don’ t learn any formula. Trigonometry and mesuration should not be studied from this book. Rs agarwal(10 th) is good . When m tyra is compeleted go for a book named “PLATFORM” series book .this is a publisher from bihar all the books are in hindi medium( shayad ab aa gayi hon english me , mere time pe nahi thi).believe me you will thanks me later . When this is done then see a website ( maha gupta naam dal ke search karo uski site aa jayegi) There are topics and questions( hard level ) of every topic which can be downloaded in pdf form.solve every ques from it.
