According to my knowledge,there are no fee exemptions for any particular categories for attending IBPS exam.

You can do this. All you have to do is spend 40 Hours weekly, work hard and dedication. Competition is huge. It is a tough one but not an imposible one.

There is no fixed rule for it as many institutes very visible to us have very poor quality of teachers so best way is to consult successful candidates of previous year or faculty ( If you know presonally)
