hi,
I have learned Deutsch from Euro schulen ,Germany.
when you already have the Basic knowlegde ,then it is not difficult to pick up.
But the Important aspect of learning process is how frequent you use what you have learnt.
The Dialekt oder Aussprache .....have a clear pronunciation.Bestsource...watching TV sendungen oder Filme auf Deutsch.
Lastly, Loads of practice.....
Best possible way is to find a Tandem patner ,with whom you can do language exchange.
