After a 33 year stint in Aviation Industry; I am pursuing Ph.D., in Marketing; this prompted me take up teaching in a Business School.
I have been in this field (though I was a trainer during my tenure in the Aviation Industry) since 02nd January, 2014
My subjects include Marketing (Services / Sales & Distribution Management)
Involvement of the students with their effective participation. However, I ensure that the student of the lowest caliber understands the subject.
Expertise in English language both in Verbal and written communication this is due to my holding a Masters Degree in English Literature.
Marketing & Business Communication.
While the employees who worked with me are quick learners (either by default or by choice) students of the present generation pay little attention unless we are strict in disciplining them.
To be an effective teacher, one should become a student to understand them completely.
