In the Perl operating language, what is the significance of the -w, -t and STRICT functions?

-w is for wanings enabled, -t means taint mode (for security purpose) and strict allows us to write less error prone programs. It enables to restrict unsafe constructs like you need to declare a variable before using it and many more. You write a program, you will understand more. Always write... ...more

… Why don't the programs decode the parameters like other PERL programs?

First of all Its Perl or perl but never PERL. You should ask question in a descriptive manner, so that experts can answer with proper examples.

BootStrap and jQuery will do what you want... and its easier too. just you need to learn about col-md-* , col-sm-* and so on

Want to do internship and learn web development (JS+PHP). With exposure to lve projects. Free internship

If you are interested in full stack web development then you need to learn at least one back-end language and one front-end apart from HTML/CSS which is very basic and essential to start with. I would recommend few things: 1. Back-end Knowledge: Have basic idea of linux commands, networking concepts... ...more
If you are interested in full stack web development then you need to learn at least one back-end language and one front-end apart from HTML/CSS which is very basic and essential to start with. I would recommend few things: 1. Back-end Knowledge: Have basic idea of linux commands, networking concepts and either Python or Ruby (as of now) or PHP (for fast web learning) with their associated famous frameworks like Django for Python, Rails for Ruby In front-end: HTML/CSS, JQuery and BootStrap at least to design responsive sites There are many other things/technologies that you would need in future but it will be a good kickstart for you if you follow in this way.
