I am an HR Management professional with 22 years of experience in industries such as Education, Automobile, and Healthcare. He is a highly goal focused, creative individual with extraordinary leadership skills. He started his career as an IT professional in 1996. To pursue his passion for learning and development he moved to HR function in 2005.

He started his journey as a Behavioral training for education industry. Where he was responsible for enhancing the employability of students by imparting training on organization specific campus to corporate programs.
