We know that, a 3 + b 3 + c 3=(a + b + c)(a 2 + b 2 + c 2 - ab - bc - ca) + 3abc. Substitute (a + b +c) = 0 in above equation: => a 3 + b 3 + c 3=0 x (a 2 + b 2 + c 2 - ab - bc - ca) + 3abc=>a 3 + b 3 + c 3 = 3abc.

(2x+1)^3. Formula of (a+b)^3= a^3+b^3+3ab(a+b). So, (2x)^3+1^3+3(2x*1)(2x+1). =8x^3+1+6x(2x+1) =8x^3+1+12x^2+6x =8x^2+12x^2+6x+1.
