I founded RKS Brainstorm 11 years ago with a clear vision — to create a space where individuals could be transformed into confident, competent professionals, ready to thrive in today’s fast-paced, global work environment. From the beginning, my mission was to go beyond traditional academic learning and equip students and professionals with real-world communication, leadership, and etiquette skills that are vital for success in any career.

At our institute, we provide a comprehensive range of professional development training programs, tailored to the unique needs of students, job seekers, and working professionals. For students, our offerings include interview preparation, resume building, email etiquette, and business communication. For professionals, we deliver specialized sessions on leadership, cross-cultural communication, office behavior, and modern work-from-home etiquette. Our philosophy is grounded in practical, high-impact learning. We follow an 80:20 approach where only 20% is lecture-based, and 80% is hands-on, experiential training. This includes live case studies, role plays, interactive videos, and group activities that simulate actual workplace situations. Behind our success is a strong team of 11 expert trainers, each with an average of 6 years of industry and teaching experience.
