I am a Training & Development professional with over 3 years of experience in delivering communication skills, soft skills, personality development, and industry readiness training. I have trained and mentored 4200+ students and professionals across sectors including retail, healthcare, corporate, and education.

Currently, I work with Hamstech India Pvt. Ltd. as an Industry Readiness & Professional Skills Trainer and Head – Launchpad (Startup Incubator Program). My role involves designing and delivering training programs that focus on communication skills, interview readiness, workplace etiquette, teamwork, and career development. I also mentor aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, business model canvas, startup strategy, and entrepreneurship development.

Previously, I worked as a Manager – Learning & Development at Reach India, where I delivered training in soft skills, retail operations, personality development, and digital marketing, and received the Best Trainer Award for my training impact. I have also worked as a Quality & HR Trainer at Star Hospitals, conducting staff training on patient care, service excellence, and professional communication.

In addition, I have delivered industry readiness and employability training for students through various academic collaborations and projects, helping them improve confidence, communication, interview performance, and workplace readiness. My training approach focuses on practical learning, real-world examples, interactive activities, and experiential training methods.

I am also a NSDC Certified Trainer and NIIT Certified Trainer, specializing in soft skills training, personality development, leadership development, communication skills, and entrepreneurship education.
