Rashmi Shukla is a Personality Development Trainer, Mind
Trainer, and Wellness coach who believes in the mantra
“Change starts from within”.
Rashmi strongly thinks that everyone has the potential to make
one’s life beautiful and successful by realizing their true
capabilities, as she enables them to become the best version of
themselves.

Rashmi is an effective communicator and strong-willed person
who effortlessly connects and bonds with people. She feels that
the first impression should always be the best and hence it is very imperative to be presentable
at all times as it helps one to take on new challenges in life with ease and positivity. Rashmi
loves to travel & explore new places and urges to live in every moment of life to the fullest
devoid of any inhibitions.

She has done her Fellowship (Insurance), M. Com and MBA (Human Resources) which
enriches her horizon of connecting with people. Rashmi is also a certified trainer from The
Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD).
Training and transforming the lives of people is her biggest passion in life.

Rashmi has a rich experience of 13 years in the Business Process Unit and Banking industry
where she has worked in varied departments like the corporate unit, operations and front office,
which equipped her to deal with numerous people from all walks of life.
Rashmi has a wide global exposure as she dealt with migrating a process from the UK to India
single handed in her department and further used this experience and knowledge to train people
in the organization. Her associations include Prudential Process Management Services, ICICI,
Standard Chartered, ING Vysya and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Rashmi’s area of interests includes soft skills, personality development and she
specializes in Image and Etiquette management, Inner Wellness, Communication and
Employability skills. Her sessions are attended by professionals from the IT industry,
defence, college students, teachers, and doctors.
Rashmi’s sessions are lively and include role-plays and storytelling techniques and are
conducted in a highly participatory environment where the participants feel energized
and self-motivated at the end of the session
