I would describe myself as a positive energetic knowledgeable and industrious teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high achieving teacher. I feel that teacher should act as a guy to allow the student to choose his method of learning. He should share his experiences which give them vital life lessons. I always feel I learn from my students too. If the students are happy at the end of the day so I am I. If not happy I must have missed something. I need to work order to make them happy. While teaching I am more a mentor and organiser of learning experiences and situations such that my students actually understand reinvent and reconstruct everything they learn. As per my teaching philosophy I follow to main ideas. First two stage student such that they become capable of dispensing with me qua professor in a more or less near future. Second to teach students such that they become able to rise what I call irritating questions and doubts irritating questions are those who answer advances knowledge and lead us to better knowledge of the unknown.of course irritating questions are also irritating for the status quo and the mainstream. It and also perform construction and empirical research. If we do not perform research we hardly have something new to teach. Two education should not only clear all the academic concepts and doubts but also should lead students know about the practical implication in real world scenarios.

Teaching Class 6 students can be a rewarding experience, but it also presents unique challenges due to the developmental stage of these learners. The transition from elementary to middle school can be a significant one, with students navigating social changes, physical development, and academic demands. Effective teaching in Class 6 requires understanding these dynamics and adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of the students. Here's a breakdown of what makes teaching Class 6 unique and some key considerations: 1. Developmental Stage & Social Changes: Puberty and Physical Changes: Class 6 students are often entering puberty, which can lead to mood swings, social anxiety, and body image concerns. Social Group Dynamics: Students are becoming more aware of peer groups, social status, and social hierarchies, which can impact their learning and behavior. Identity Formation: They are starting to develop a sense of self, which can influence their academic choices and attitudes towards learning. 2. Academic and Cognitive Development: Abstract Thinking: Students begin to develop more abstract thinking skills, allowing them to grasp complex concepts and ideas. Increased Independence: They are becoming more independent in their learning and require more autonomy in choosing topics and activities. Variety of Learning Styles: Students may have diverse learning styles and preferences, requiring teachers to adapt their teaching methods accordingly. 3. Classroom Management and Behavior: Maintaining Discipline: Class 6 can be a time of behavioral testing, requiring teachers to establish clear expectations and enforce consequences fairly. Dealing with Challenging Behaviors: Teachers may encounter students who are disengaged, disruptive, or struggle with self-regulation. Building Positive Relationships: Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment is crucial for fostering student engagement and learning. 4. Effective Teaching Strategies: Making Learning Relevant: Connecting classroom content to real-life experiences and students' interests can enhance engagement and motivation. Using Varied Teaching Methods: Implementing a variety of teaching approaches, including group work, project-based learning, and technology integration, can cater to diverse learning styles. Providing Clear and Concise Instructions: Students may have varying levels of academic preparedness, so teachers should provide clear and concise instructions, ensuring students understand expectations. Offering Individualized Support: Recognizing that students learn at different paces and have individual needs, teachers should provide individualized support and feedback. Promoting Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Encourage students to think critically and solve problems collaboratively, fostering their ability to reason and make informed decisions. 5. Building Strong Relationships: Treating Students with Respect: Respectful interactions and a supportive learning environment can foster student engagement and positive learning outcomes.
