"I would like to share my feedback on the Business Analyst training conducted by Nikki. The sessions were well structured, engaging, and delivered with clarity. Nikki demonstrated strong command over core BA concepts, including requirement gathering, stakeholder analysis, business process modelling, BRD preparation, and Agile-Scrum practices. She simplified complex topics and consistently connected them to practical, real-world examples, which helped improve overall understanding. Her training style was interactive, and she encouraged participation rather than one-way instruction. The case studies and exercises provided useful exposure to elicitation techniques, workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and gap analysis. Nikki’s explanations on how a Business Analyst should communicate with cross-functional teams were particularly helpful, especially her focus on documentation discipline, meeting etiquette, and structured communication. She was patient, approachable, and ensured that even beginners could follow the subject comfortably. One area that could be enhanced is the inclusion of more demonstrations on tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Balsamiq. However, the foundational clarity she provided forms a strong base for future tool-specific learning. Overall, the training was productive, insightful, and delivered with professionalism and dedication. I would strongly recommend her sessions to aspiring and practicing analysts without any hesitation at all."

"I wanted to take a moment to share how much I’ve grown through this training. When I joined the program, I had a general idea of what a Business Analyst does, but I didn’t have the structure or confidence to approach the role with clarity. Your sessions changed that. You break down concepts in a way that feels practical and grounded in real work, not just theory. What helped me most was how you connected each topic to real scenarios, especially around requirements, user stories, mapping, and analysis. It made everything click. What I appreciate most is your patience. You never rushed through questions, and you made sure everyone understood the “why” behind each step. That alone boosted my confidence. I now feel more prepared to take on BA responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and think through data and processes with a more analytical mindset. Your training style is calm, structured, and very approachable. It creates a space where people aren’t afraid to ask the simplest questions. That’s rare. Overall, this training has genuinely shaped how I see the BA role, and I’m walking away with skills I can actually apply. Thank you for putting so much care into the way you teach."

"I undertook training with BA mentor Nikki and I can say that I've had a great experience learning Business Analyst course with him. His knowledge transfer and detailed explanation has led to a very good understanding of BA functions, roles and responsibilities.
