I have been an active public speaker since childhood. I have participated in many group activities, worked as an aiesec intern in university of Putra, Malaysia. I interacted and worked with people from various nationalities in my project there which gave me good exposure and experience to develop my soft skills. I have been an associate professor and later worked as a banking professional, both involving being a leader and mentor, more so also a problem solver, all through proper and right interaction with various kinds of people. This gave me a deep insight into what are the skills needed to be called a professional with thorough soft skills and how it impacts work and productivity in various professions by influencing not only people around but also work being handled by us. I am passionate about teaching, mentoring, training as many as possible for developing soft skills and being a guiding light to those who need a trainer and a coach for the same to ace the professional world.
