We refunded your payment because our faculty's work on teaching not just clearing the problems. We offer every student fix timings that is per hour or 2 hours class. Your terms was weird. It can't be possible that my faculty will be available till your daughter ask problem for unlimited time. Lastly, for your information- your daughter's friend is also taking class with same faculty from last 1 week but they are having no issues. Thanks.
