"I had applied for Accounting classes from the past 1 week. To be honest, my experience with NIMSB was unprofessional. I was contacted by a lady (class coordinator) and she set me up for a demo class which was taken by Mr. Debadatta Das. At that point i was not allowed to contact the teacher (Mr. Debadatta Das) and my communication about classes had to go thru the lady. Few days later after i decided to join she wouldn’t respond. She eventually gave me his number and i got to contact him directly. He made sure i paid first before the classes which i did without any hesitation. Now after payment i realise that he wanted me to sit for the “evening lecture” which was 9-10 for him. I tried doing it for a day but i cant sit for a class that late and finally we agreed for an earlier time. After the first lecture he dint contact me for the next 4 days. And when i enquired about it i get to know that it was my fault that i dint call him. All the previous lectures, he was the one who called me whereas i waited for his call. He won't even agree with his mistake. Very childish. I asked for a refund which he denied too. Unless you have spare cash lying around in your house, please refrain from using their services. "
