The participants are from different backgrounds: IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Process Industries, Government Officials and Home Makers also. Hi, One way to explain the project management is: It is required to manage the uncertainty in a project as the project is temporary in nature as the project is time bound and it doesn't mean that projects are of short duration only. In order to manage the uncertainty, difference processes are designed and developed and one needs to follow them as needed to improve the probability of completing the project successfully i.e. on time, on budget, with targeted quality, and for the mutually benefit of the project team, and customer/end users.
