Learning by doing is the only solution for making him sit and learn something. Make him learn things from the playing tools he has, using tiny stones or marbles, making the shapes of alphabets and let him identify, and make him arrange the same way you put as parents your involvement makes a good sense that they imitate you in every aspect. Cut the process of learning into small portions so that he may not get bored. Observe his skills in which he is interested and focus on what he is interested in, like music, dance, etc., so that his concentration and patience will be improved.
