During my time in college, I actively participated in peer teaching and mentoring. I often helped classmates understand complex topics, especially in subjects like Data Structures, Python, and Mathematics. I realized that explaining concepts not only helped others but also deepened my own understanding. I also volunteered as a teaching assistant in a few lab sessions, where I guided juniors through coding assignments and debugged their code. This experience taught me how to be patient, simplify explanations, and adjust my teaching style based on the student's level of understanding. These experiences sparked my interest in teaching and mentoring, and I’ve carried that forward by helping colleagues in the workplace as well.
