This is a complete online program. We meet for 1 hour 8:30 to 9:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

My group fitness classes are for an hour. Don't worry. A group does not mean you won't get the attention. You will. The program designed will be suited to your specific requirement.
We begin the month long training with making individual goals, and the sessions will be planned to meet your goals. You will find an increase in strength and stamina, lose weight and feel good about yourself. You will also gain self confidence and will be happy through the day.
