During the stint in the industry worked in different roles viz. Consultant, Project Scientist, Project Lead., and Manager; presently working as Soft Skills Faculty and Career Counselling Coach in VNRVJIET in Mentoring, Training & Placement Department, Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities in the present position at VNR VJIET
 Organizing workshops for pre-final year and final year students on Profile building
 Understanding job market situation, building career strategy
 Strategies to be followed while participating in JAM, GD and Interviews
 Conducting a Training program titled Employability Enhancement Skills (EES) sponsored by Competency Development Cell (CDC), VNRVJIET, being imparted to B.Tech 6th Sem and 7th Sem students
 Identifying slow learners among UNPLACED STUDENTS and conducting GD sessions and Mock Interview sessions to make them competitive
 Conducting counselling sessions for those students who need hand holding
 Mentoring sessions for those students who set specific goals for themselves viz. IAS, Jobs in blue-chip companies etc.
 Conducting orientation sessions and special training sessions before bulk hiring campus drives for final year students
 Conducting orientation sessions for English faculty for conducting GD and Mock Interview sessions
 Conducting Personality Development workshops for students and faculty
