My experience in college has been a journey of both learning and self-discovery, especially in the teaching field. When I first joined the diploma program, I carried a lot of curiosity but also some hesitation. Over time, the classroom environment, the guidance of lecturers, and the interaction with classmates gave me the confidence to express myself more openly. One of the most valuable aspects of my experience has been the way teachers connected theory with practical examples. Whether it was explaining technical concepts or guiding us through projects, they demonstrated how teaching is not just about delivering content but also about inspiring students. This shaped my perspective and motivated me to think like a future educator. I learned that patience, clarity, and communication are the backbone of teaching. Group discussions, seminars, and lab sessions gave me opportunities to share knowledge with my peers. Whenever I helped a classmate understand a difficult topic, I realized the satisfaction that comes from teaching. It made me more responsible in my studies, since I needed to be clear about the subject before I could explain it to others. The college also emphasized discipline and time management, which are equally important for anyone aspiring to enter the teaching profession. Beyond academics, extracurricular activities and cultural programs taught me teamwork, leadership, and how to handle different situations calmly. In summary, my college life has not only given me subject knowledge but also shaped my character as a learner and a teacher.
