Dear parents and students, please have a little patience to go through my profile to decide if I fit to be your guide in your learning journey.
I am a B.Tech(CSE)and MBA(HR) with a career spanning over 38 years in the IT and Oil & Gas industries as a hands-on IT engineer, technical course designer and internal faculty and as a HR consultant. Coming from a family of 3 generations of teachers, I have earned multiple accolades, formal and informal, for my skill development and mentoring expertise from my employers and co-workers.
In the early years of my career, I taught basics of computers to bank employees as part of computer literacy development initiative from Computer Society of India (CSI). Also I taught computer science basics in a women’s polytechnic at Dehradun.
I taught about 40 students (Telangana State Board), supported by an NGO, mathematics for a year. I started providing regular tuition to CBSE students from 2016, due to repeated requests from a few family friends to teach their children mathematics and science. Since then I have been offering tuition to students from 7th to 10th standards belonging to CBSE, ICSE and Telangana State Board. Usually I teach mathematics and science. However, I taught a few students social science on specific requests. I have guided a student of intermediate (commerce) in mathematics. This student availed my tuition from 8th standard till intermediate. 95% of the guardians retained my service till their respective child passed intermediate. I have successfully guided a B.Sc. (Nutrition and Food Technology) student in mathematics. At present, I have two students from Oakridge International School . Further I coach job aspirants in aptitude tests.
My approach is to instill in my students a sense of team work that together we have to achieve a common goal of “learning beyond mere marks” by learning through applications.
