Functional Role as a Team-Player
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Gather requirements using various elicitation techniques and from multiple sources by identifying Stakeholders. Analyze the requirement to identify the required inputs and outputs.
• Requirement Documentation: Document business and functional requirements (FRD, SRS) using cases, stories, scenarios, and prototypes. Review with the stakeholders to be on the same page.
• Product backlog and Tasks: Prioritizing the requirements using MoSCoW methods.
• Implementation and Coding: Clarifications to the technical team during coding phase and conducting regular status meetings/reviews with all the internal and external stakeholders
• Testing: Performed high level functional & process flow testing.
• Deployment: Support all in UAT, Prepare release document and conduct sessions for process improvements.
