My approach combines traditional yoga with modern science and psychology.
My classes are personalized as per the clients requirement. Based on my students body type- Kapha Pitta and Vaata I design my classes that suits their body and mind needs.
I build fusion classes to create fun and active learning with simple and easy techniques. I include Suryanamaskara, Kapalabhati, Pranayama and Meditation for everybody.
Women and Couples especially International clientele are my regular customers.
