During my college, I interned with Voice4Girls, an organization dedicated to empowering adolescent girls through education, life-skills development, and confidence-building initiatives. Where I worked as a counsellor and later promoted as a Field Co-Ordinator, where we visited residential schools of Telangana. where we conduct 10 days camps for residential schools and we teach from class 6th to 10th girls.
This camps focuses on :
creating gender-transformative learning spaces for marginalized girls. Their vision is to enable girls to become confident decision-makers and future leaders by addressing educational gaps, social barriers, and self-development needs.
Through interactive, activity-based learning programes, which closely mirrors modern student-centric and experiential learning models used in ed-tech platforms.
Conducts activity-based camps and programes in partnership with schools and communities.
Offers training in areas like health and safety, rights, future planning, self-awareness, and communication.
Encourages peer leadership and mentorship where trained youth act as role models.
