I have vast experience in conducting Personality Development and Soft skills training in pharmaceutical FMCG companies like Glaxo SmithKline, Biological E, Celon Labs, PHSI and other pharmaceutical companies. I customised my training methodology in fine-tuning the younger generation to face the current challenges.
I have experience in conceptualising and implementing need-based process modifications to enhance operational efficiency and optimise resource utilisation in process development and also leading, motivating and mentoring multi-skilled workforce, conceptualising and implementing measures for their overall growth and development in team management. My career experience runs into 38 years of marketing and training. Many of my trainees are Vice presidents and General managers across industries. I have conducted WSFE program (Worldwide Sales force Effectiveness program) across two states namely AP and Karnataka so that the trainees can propel themselves into the next level with ease and confidence. I have the skill to handle complex situations with professional grace.
