As a Zumba Instructor, I do the following:
1) Instruct women and men on Latin-based cardio dance fitness
2) Create a new playlist for each class by Zumba fitness guidelines
3) Choreograph fitness moves to popular and Zumba music to meet Zumba fitness guidelines
4) Teach dance routines to clients during group class to achieve the goal of a healthier lifestyle and better fitness.
5) Choreograph and implement exercise routines associated with music to target specific muscle groups including abdominals, arms and legs.
6) Counsel clients about fitness, exercise, health and injury management.
7) Created and performed dynamic Zumba routines.
8) Stimulate students' enthusiasm for physical activity
9) Instructing necessary dance steps to the students and gradually moving towards the difficult ones
10) Explaining to people the importance of weight loss and stress management and discussing methods and techniques of stress management.
11) Conducting exercise sessions in Zumba.
12) Choreographed and memorised each dance for all classes
13) Provided a high level of energy and enthusiasm for an enjoyable workout.
14) Acquired many regular students and multiple new clients for the gyms.
15) Created a positive community setting
16) Provided a healthy environment for those on vacation through fitness classes
17) Design exercise routines to increase metabolism and reduce stress levels incorporating proper breathing and body positioning.
