Hi, I’m Mithil Reddy, co-founder of Align Educate. We began our journey in 2014, starting with SAT coaching and IBDP Math. Over time, we saw a growing demand from students and schools, which led us to expand. About three years ago, we added IBDP Physics, and more recently, from January, we also introduced IELTS coaching. Interestingly, our SAT faculty, with their solid foundation in English, now handles IELTS as well.

At Align Educate, our core philosophy is personalized attention. We don’t believe in batch teaching where students get lost in the crowd. We make sure to understand each student’s learning pattern, growth, and challenges. This allows us to intervene meaningfully and help them improve their scores strategically and confidently.

Our team is made up of highly experienced educators. The Math instructor brings 12 years of expertise, our Physics teacher has 7 years of experience, and our English faculty, who previously taught at Rabindra Bharati English University, has over 25 years of teaching experience. Additionally, we have assistant teachers, who are continuously trained under these mentors to maintain a high standard of instruction.

We’ve consistently delivered results. Our students have gone on to top universities in the US and UK, and many of our IBDP students score a perfect 7/7. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege to work with students from some of the top international schools in Hyderabad, including Indus International, Oakridge, Chirec, and Gaudium. Their trust in us means a lot.

We offer both online and offline coaching, depending on what works best for the student. Our sessions are designed to be interactive and structured — from concept-building classes to test analysis, and if a student still struggles with a topic, we conduct one-on-one sessions to ensure clarity.

Our approach makes learning engaging. We use videos, but more importantly, we build a competitive and collaborative environment where solving questions becomes exciting. We want students to love the process of learning, not just chase scores.

We back our teaching with solid material — question banks, workbooks, and detailed concept notes. Everything is tailored to support the student’s learning journey.
