INTRODUCTION
End of the education along with character building is also getting decently placed with handsome earnings on the way to become the contributing citizen of the nation.

Certain personal traits those make a person for job readiness should be inculcated all along the formal education. But they are not taught parallel in the present day academic education. In degree colleges, during the final year, management think and act in this direction where there will be a lot of pressure on the student to clear the backlogs, if any or to increase the percentage or pass the final exam to be called as a graduate.

An alternative to this could be to start parallel grooming right from the first year or at least from the second year onwards inculcating improvement of these skills like communication, presentation facing he interview or put full form of CRT, inter-personal relations within the job.

In the campus placement drives, student needs to clear many rounds of tests of recruiting companies which their mental ability, logical reasoning and english language communication skills through a series of rounds of tests and interview. Successful clearance of all these tests ensure them placement, which will be a major break through in the life of a student. We handhold by training the student till his/her successful placement.

In our Institute, we are a group of experienced faculty in training the students and hold the record of placing around 150 students in top companies.
