Shweta, an IT Guru turned Yoga and Holistic Wellness Specialist Consultant, boasts an impressive ten-year tenure in Yoga Consultancy, Therapy, Mentoring, Training, and dedicated Practice. Her transition from the tech world to the realm of wellness is marked by a seamless blend of skills.
She is former Software Quality Assurance Analyst with over 5 years of experience at a US-based MNC in Canada, found her true calling in Yoga. Leveraging her IT background, she transitioned seamlessly to holistic wellness. Her unique perspective, shaped by IT expertise, equips her to understand and address the challenges faced by office professionals.

In addition to her role as a Yoga and Holistic Wellness Specialist Consultant, Shweta is deeply involved in public health awareness campaigns. She serves as the Uttar Karnataka Prant Mahila Pramukh for Arogya Bharati, actively contributing to health initiatives. Beyond Yoga, Shweta conducts classes for Geeta chanting, Sanskrit Shlokas, handwriting improvement, and spoken English skills.
