HYPER MEANS:

For Example: Girls connected to jweleries, sarees, chocolates. Here there link to there intresting things.

At the same way one word connected to other page. Nothing but a hyper link or hyper text.

MARKUP MEANS:

For Example: Hive road while we are traveling on the road we see instruction symbols like arrows (left, right). At same way html tags gives route of webpage so html is called markup language.
