An optimistic and proactive academic coach with more than 5 years of experience in private coaching for primary and secondary classes, primarily in Mathematics and Science group subjects (CBSE, ISCE and any english-medium State boards).
I have completed my graduation (B.E) in Information Technology with "First" division in 2010 from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur, West Bengal.
Besides, my secondary and high-secondary school education were passed from CBSE board with 92% and 88% respectively.

My key mantras for effective coaching are various Creative and Adaptive Techniques (CATs) which enables effective learning and academic excellence of the students.
Some of the primary tools and techniques, leveraged for my coaching are:

2. Visual Teaching through presentations, videos, story-telling, etc.
3. Assignment Packs based on internal and external references
4. Periodic Assessment Framework with Performance Analyser, and many more.

Class 7 Tuition

"Rajat is a very good tutor. He teaches Science for my kid who is in 7th grade. He teaches the concepts very well through videos and giving examples / demo. He motivates students to learn the concepts thoroughly and gives lots of test for practice to be thorough in each lesson. "

And that is the reason why I always try to connect with all my students to understand their challenges in learning and to provide them with the curated solutions accordingly!!! "Try keeping more doubt clearing sessions instead of sharing the YouTube links, as it diverts him from seeing the actual content or other things. We're are trying our best to make him do his work in front of us. Need more subject-wise evaluation. "

Thanks Mr. Suvendu for the feedback. Youtube educational videos are provided for visual clarity of the topics as it helps the students to simulate the concepts better and retain the points in mind for long. There are also doubt clearing sessions kept before exams and I always respond to Swapnil's doubts outside my classes as and when required. Besides, I have been taking series of evaluation per subject per month. but somehow, I might have missed sharing the results with you. All results are posted in Swapnil's Whatsapp number from time to time. I will do the needful to keep you posted to avoid any such mis-communication in future.
