Firstly, create good atmosphere and connectivity with local people. Go with creating and uploading good content in youtube channel. Share the links with your local people. Then try to arrange free demo session for the students. Then thats it. You are done with your work. Start with single course of your choice and students needs. Then slowly add more courses into it.
