Hi Chetan,
We first have to understand the means through which kids learn the best. And the answer to that is either visual learning or experiential learning.
Remote teaching will not help us much with experiential learning. But it is an excellent opportunity to introduce visual learning. So be there a whiteboard or not hardly matters you you can create an interactive visualization. That can be in terms of PowerPoint presentations and smart videos too. When we teach kids, we have to make sure that they are learning with fun, and they are not taking pressure. This will break the kid's interest in that subject.
That was my take on your answer.

I am delighted to see you take soft skills seriously. You know something, HR nowadays judge you more on soft skills than hard skills. This is simply because hard skills can be taught in a much shorter time than soft skills.
Now to start polishing on your soft skills, start with effective communication skills. Don't confuse communication with speaking in English. Communication is a much broader term. You have to make sure you convey the messages precisely the way you wanted it to be sent. After that, start working on your body language, your gestures and postures. These also enhance your communication skills. Be an excellent listener, talk in points, do not directly disagree with anyone rudely.
