I have been studying Sanskrit since the 8th class. I completed my Shastri in Sanskrit, which helped me develop a strong understanding of the language and traditional Indian knowledge.
Along with Sanskrit, I have developed a strong interest in Yoga. I have completed a Diploma in Yoga and also completed my Teacher Training Course (TTC). Through my yoga education and training, I have learned different styles and practices of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Aerial Yoga.
I also have teaching experience in yoga and have worked with private clients. Teaching yoga has helped me improve my communication skills, confidence, and understanding of students' individual needs.
Yoga is not just a profession for me; it is an important part of my life. I believe that yoga helps a person develop physical strength, mental peace, discipline, and a balanced lifestyle. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a yoga teacher and to share the traditional knowledge of yoga with people around the world.
