Teaching hindi for last 20 years.

It is not compulsory to opt for hindi in 10th class to appear in UPSC or IAS exams unless you choose hindi as compulsory paper in these exams.

Yes, because government wants that people who come in such post like UPSC, IAS,IPS even Bank job too. They prefer Hindi.
