Not necessarily. Hindi in itself is such a rich language as it is derived from the oldest language of the world that is Sanskrit

Yes, I have been in Uttar Pradesh for almost 20 yrs. and the hindi they speak is little a mixture Urdu/Farsi also, as while speaking itself we use many words which are sort of giving respect, i.e. even while speaking with a kid we say AAP or HUM etc.
