Abhinandan Boruah

I am a dedicated Mechanical Engineer specializing in Fluid and Thermal Engineering, currently pursuing my M.Tech at Dibrugarh University with a CGPA of 8.97. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from GIMT Tezpur, graduating with First Class Honours. With over five years of academic experience as a Lecturer at Dhemaji Polytechnic, I teach core subjects such as Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Thermal Engineering, and Power Plant Engineering. In addition to teaching, I serve as the Training & Placement Officer, Nodal Officer for Vikshit Bharat, and participate in various academic and administrative committees. Professionally, I have worked under Wipro (Impact InfoTech), supporting the Indian Air Force’s e-MMS asset management system, and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at JUD Cements, where I managed maintenance activities in the Pyro-Section. My research includes CFD simulation and performance analysis of Vertical Axis Hydro Turbines and a study on H₂O-LiCl operated vapor absorption systems, one of which was published as a book chapter. I am skilled in ANSYS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, and have participated in numerous faculty development programs and technical workshops. I take pride in my leadership, problem-solving abilities, and proactive mindset, and have been recognized with academic awards and honors throughout my career.
