I am a second-year Cybersecurity student and a fellow Gen Z navigating the same challenges many young people face today. While I don't have formal coaching certifications or years of professional experience, I do have something that shaped me in a different way.
Over the years, friends, classmates, and people around me have often come to me when they needed someone to listen, think through a difficult situation, or simply offer an honest perspective. Whether it was academic stress, friendships, relationships, confidence, family expectations, or figuring out what to do next, I've spent a lot of time having these conversations.
Being the eldest daughter in my family taught me responsibility early and helped me develop patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills. I don't believe in giving people ready-made answers or pretending I know everything. Instead, I ask questions, listen without judgment, and help people think through their options so they can make decisions that feel right for them.
If you're looking for a certified therapist or counsellor, that's not what I offer. What I do offer is a supportive, honest, judgment-free space where we can work through challenges together, build confidence, improve communication, and help you move forward with clarity.
