I am studying in Bali for past 12 years at Taman Rama Mahatma Gandhi School. I have completed my high schooling. I am a back stage coordinator for many and local and international events such as TAAI (Travel Association Agents of India) they had a conference in Bali which I had the opportunity to handle the back stage and the sound system for the event.
I have experience on handling events like beach club parties with DJ's Shows from Russia and USA. I have the experience in handling the procedures of marketing charity events such as arts exhibitions.I have a lot of experience as a stage runner and stage coordinator for many conferences and destination wedding happen in Bali.
.I have worked under many international wedding planners that makes me more experienced of handling guests. Also i have the experience in handling high profile delegates for conferences in Bali.
- I have done my IGCSE from the Cambridge Qualification as this is recognised internationally.
- I have got an award from the Singapore airlines for handling the backstage and for maintaining the event in a flow.
- I organised International non violence day celebration at Taman rama school.
- Worked on determining a suitable layout and theme for the event as per client's specifications.
- Facilitated communication with professionals, including venue management, stand designers, caterers, contractors and equipment rentals to ensure efficient running of an event.
- Discussed specific requirements and expectations concerning the event with clients.
- Managed and developed a strategic plan of action to ensure that the cost of the event remains under the pre-determined budget.
- Searched and negotiated suitable venues or locations as per the requirement and budgetary constraints of client.
