Namaste I’m Aastha, a dedicated Yoga Therapist and yoga instructor with academic training rooted in science and deep respect for traditional yogic wisdom.

I hold a B.Sc. in Yoga science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar - a program that blends theoretical understanding, anatomy & physiology, yogic philosophy, and practical application.

Currently, I’m completing my M.Sc in Yoga Therapy from central university of Rajasthan- it's specializing in therapeutic applications of yoga, research-based intervention approaches, and clinical services .

My work integrates mindful movement, breath techniques, meditation, and therapeutic customization. I support clients with chronic conditions, stress, injury rehabilitation, and emotional balance.

In my practice, I believe each person holds the power to heal — my role is to support that journey with empathy, knowledge, and integrity.
