At the age of 28 years, I have over 12 years of teaching experience, 2 of which include administrative experience. I have vast knowledge of primary school curriculum development along with a package of admirable and attractive skills. My strongest asset would definitely be my flawless command over the English language along with brilliant communication and presentation skills.

As an educational leader and tutor, I believe in focusing on an individual's strengths before helping them to develop other areas through constructive suggestions. This strength-based focus helps students and learners to improve themselves and hence promote a favourable, healthy school culture. Such an approach focuses on morals and virtues along with aligning individual goals and values.

I have the ability to build trust in the learner along with providing an environment where the learner feels safe to enhance his/her skills. I guarantee brilliant transformation in the academic/overall operations within the learner.
