What helped me the most was a five-minute introspection before my meetings and presentations to organize my thoughts and conceptualize what I will communicate. Getting nervous about joining back after a break is expected. Once you get to the routine of things, it eventually fades away, and your confidence returns. Till then, try the tricks that I told you.
