There are Cloudera,Hortonworks and MapR certification for Hadoop Developer and Admin . If u get certify then your resume will be more demand and some company specially recommend also .

If you think you are strong in finance and costing, I would suggest you a SAP FICO course which is definitely always in demand. if you have an experience as a end user on SAP PLM / Documentation etc, even a course on SAP PLM DMS should be good.

I am software engineer in wipro since 2011. I want to learn hadoop. actully I wanted to become java or oracle developer but I got functional project and worked 3 yrs. Now i want to move in development line.
