If you are installing vendor distribution read Environment for practising Hadoop You need 50 Gb Hard disk,64 bit OS and Virtual technology enabled etc.. Vendor distribution will have everything required for hadoop. If you are installing plain hadoop. Prerequisites are Java 1.6 Open SSH client and server Same OS on all machines for better results date is in sync on all machines for better results. cron Let me know if you have any more questions. read less

Can anyone suggest about Hadoop?
Hadoop is good but it depends on your experience. If you don't know basic java, linux, shell scripting. Hadoop is not beneficial for you.

Also i look forward to teach Mathematics/Science for class X-XII
Both are co-related to each other but compare to DBA Jobs, ETL job is more demanding hence you take class for informatica tools and others.
