Cloudera Certification deal with Spark Developer ,Data Engineer and Hadoop admin . Databricks deals with NoSQL Certification . Both has its own important .As per my experience , cloudera has more value than databricks .

Both are co-related to each other but compare to DBA Jobs, ETL job is more demanding hence you take class for informatica tools and others.

Do I need to learn the Java-Hibernate framework to be a Hadoop developer?
Not At All . To be Hadoop Developer , you need the knowledge of basic core Java programming along with SQL . No one will ask any question in interview on hibernate .
