With a wealth of experience spanning nearly two decades, I am an educator and administrator deeply committed to the field of mathematics education. Armed with a Master's degree in STATISTICS, my journey has been marked by significant contributions to various educational institutions.

My foray into the world of education began in 2003, and over the years, I have specialized in teaching mathematics to students from 6th to 10th grade. My academic background in M.Sc. has provided me with a strong foundation in the subject, enabling me to impart knowledge effectively to students at different levels of their educational journey.

My teaching career has been diverse and impactful. I served as a faculty member at Gwalior Glory High School for four years, where I honed my pedagogical skills and fostered a passion for mathematics among students. Subsequently, I continued my journey as a mathematics faculty at DPS Gwalior for an additional two years, contributing to the academic growth of students.

My role expanded beyond the classroom when I assumed leadership positions in the education sector. With 14 years of experience as a Vice Principal and Principal at a senior secondary CBSE school, I played a pivotal role in shaping the overall educational experience for students. During this time, I not only focused on administrative responsibilities but also continued to advocate for and contribute to the enhancement of mathematics education.

One notable aspect of my career has been my involvement in training teachers to adapt to online teaching methodologies. Recognizing the evolving landscape of education, I took the initiative to guide educators on how to effectively teach in an online environment. This foresight and adaptability have become increasingly crucial in recent times.

In the realm of mathematics, I take pride in my ability to make the subject accessible and enjoyable for students. My teaching approach involves interactive sessions, incorporating lesson plans that engage students actively. Additionally, I have developed and shared short ways of calculating mathematical concepts, making the learning process more efficient and enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my teaching career is witnessing the success of students who were initially struggling in mathematics. Through dedicated teaching methods and a supportive learning environment, many of these students have achieved remarkable scores, some reaching an impressive 96%.

As I continue my journey in education, my commitment remains steadfast – to instill a love for mathematics, empower students with effective learning strategies, and contribute to the growth and development of educators in the ever-evolving landscape of education.
