With 18 years of dedicated teaching experience as a TGT Social Studies teacher, supported by strong academic credentials and proven leadership abilities, I am keen to take on a role that allows me to contribute at a broader academic and strategic level.
I hold a B.Ed. and B.A., and I am currently pursuing my M.A. in History, which continues to deepen my subject expertise and academic perspective. At present, I serve at The Scindia Boys’ Residential School, Gwalior, India’s top-ranking boarding school, where I have gained extensive experience in curriculum planning, interdisciplinary coordination, academic mentoring, and the integration of technology into classroom instruction.
Over the years, I have actively worked towards creating a student-centered, disciplined, and inquiry-driven learning environment. I have also collaborated closely with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment, assessment quality, and innovative pedagogical practices. My role has often extended beyond classroom teaching to include mentoring teachers, supporting academic initiatives, and contributing to a positive and collaborative departmental culture.
