I am a certified yoga instructor with 1 year of experience, and my journey with yoga began when I was searching for balance and inner peace in my life. Over the years, yoga has transformed me, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. My teaching philosophy centers around creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone can connect with their inner selves through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. I specialize in hatha yoga, meditation, and also some touch of Ashtanga yoga, but my classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible for all levels, whether you're just starting or have been practicing for years.
