Jyoti S. - Passionate Teacher specializing in Hindi, Sanskrit & All Primary Subjects

I am Jyoti Sharma, a teacher with around 3 years of teaching experience. I teach students from Classes 1 to 5, with a primary focus on Hindi and Sanskrit. I also teach Hindi as a language to students who want to improve their reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Along with academics, I teach Dance and Zumba and have around 2 years of experience in these areas.

I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), followed by a Master’s degree in Political Science (M.A. Political Science). I have also completed my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which has provided me with professional training in teaching methodologies and education. My academic background and teacher training have helped me develop a structured and student-friendly approach to teaching.

I have enjoyed working with students of different learning levels and helping them understand concepts in a simple and engaging manner. While teaching Hindi and Sanskrit to primary school students, I focus on developing a strong foundation in the language. I help students improve their understanding of grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, and basic communication while making lessons comfortable and interactive.

I also teach Hindi to learners who want to strengthen their language skills beyond their regular school curriculum. Depending on the student's requirements, I can focus on reading fluency, writing practice, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication. I believe that regular practice and clear explanations can help students become more confident in using the language.

One of my achievements is receiving a Hindi language certificate from Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. This certification reflects my interest and proficiency in Hindi and has further supported my experience in teaching the language. I use my knowledge of Hindi to help students understand the language systematically and develop greater confidence in their academic and everyday communication.

Along with language subjects, I have around 2 years of experience teaching Dance and Zumba. These activities have helped me develop a more energetic and interactive way of engaging with students. I enjoy creating sessions where students can participate actively while developing coordination, movement, fitness, and confidence in a comfortable environment.

I conduct my classes online and follow a lesson plan with interactive sessions. I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard to make academic lessons more organised and easier to understand. I encourage students to participate, ask questions, and practise during the sessions. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students can steadily improve their academic and language skills while also exploring their interest in Dance and Zumba.
